Veep Joe Biden told the Georgian Parliament he remembered hearing artillery fire and fighter jets during his 2008 visit to the country, but Biden wasn’t any where near the fighting, which has subsided by the time he arrived.

Misspelling the president’s name on a treaty with Russia

The new START Treaty signed by presidents Obama and Medvedev was apparently signed by someone named ‘Barak’ Obama, instead of the U.S. president.

So who’s really in charge of Russia?

President Obama made a minor gaffe, but it actually has a smattering of truth. He called Vladimir Putin the “president” of Russia, while he actually holds the post of “prime minister.”
