Misspelling the president’s name on a treaty with Russia

The new START Treaty signed by presidents Obama and Medvedev was apparently signed by someone named "Barak" Obama, instead of the U.S. president.
Spell check much? Or have they just not added the president’s name to the program?
From The Hill’s Briefing Room:
Someone might want to look into whether an impostor took President Obama’s place during his trip to Russia.
In a release touting an agreement between Obama and President Dmitry Medvedev over how to craft a follow-up to the START arms reduction treaty, the White House claimed the document had been signed by one “Barak Obama.”
So, since the official document committing the United States to reduce its nuclear (or is that nucular?) arms was signed by someone named “Barak Obama” and not “Barack Obama” does that mean we can ignore it?
As The Hill notes, spelling errors seem to something of a problem for the administration.
