While speaking to supporters at an inaugural ball, new Veep Joe Biden said he was honored to be looking over at “Justice Stewart.” Justice Potter Stewart died in 1985. We can safely assume Biden meant to say Justice John Paul Stevens, who was actually there and give the vice president the oath of office.
